Based on the observation that students are vulnerable to the challenges of training, a survey was conducted to identify needs and develop this project. The project, which takes the form of workshops designed to develop self-esteem, emotional regulation, and assertive communication, has already borne fruit, as initial feedback highlights a beneficial impact on the development of assertiveness among the students concerned, paving the way for new perspectives in terms of support.
