In materials of national and foreign authors, ambiguous opinions are presented on the influence, such as on reproductive sphere malignancies development in shift workers. Data of experimental and clnical laboratory studies are presented, that support reproductive pathologies connected with night shift work. The authors tackle a problem on role of epiphysis and circadian rhythms, that influence physiologic biologic rhythms.

Findings are that 975 miners (34.9%) underwent examination of the disease connection with occupation, and occupational lumbosacral radiculopathy was diagnosed on primary consultation, but in 1816 miners (65.1%) recurrent lowerback pain and health-injury by occupational hazards were diagnosed. Recurrent lower back pain in miners was considered as a predictor of occupational lumbosacral radiculopathy. The authors suggested a way of prevention for occupational lumbosacral radiculopathy and comorbid conditions in miners during periodic medical examinations in occupational pathology center.

The present literature review is aimed to specify topical directions of research in this sphere. The review is based on search in databases (e. library.ru, pubmed. com and Cocran library). Molecular genetic and proteome studies make a fundamental basis for better prophylaxis, diagnosis and treatment of occupational respiratory diseases. Other problems of maximal scientific and practical importance are: phenotyping of chronic obstructive lung disease (COLD) for differential approach to patients management, new methods for early diagnosis of COLD, improved classification of pneumoconiosis according to contemporary view of occupational interstitial lung diseases pathogenesis, studies of immune suppression efficiency in rapidly progressing pneumoconiosis, understanding etiology of infectious complications of lung diseases with subsequent specifying the recommendations on rational antibacterial therapy.

Women working in physical overstrain conditions are under occupational risk with dysfunction of many body systems. The authors set a hypothesis on association of endothelial dysfunction markers dysbalance and structural remodelling of cartilage matrix as a proof of degenerative changes.

Increased levels of chemicals in blood causes microcirculation disorders in renal cortex, direct toxic effect in nephrons, suppresses activity of anitoxidant defense on cellular and systemic levels. The authors specified pathogenetically based complex of clinical and laboratory diagnostic markers of chronic kidney diseases associated with exposure to metals (cadmium, chromium, lead) and oxygen-containing (phenol) organic compounds.

Sociologic study in machinery construction enterprise of Perm area helped to consider main procedures of informing on occupational risk for health of workers exposed to occupational hazards, to describe features and mechanisms of risk communication, to specify its model. The authors proved that main obstacles for efficient system of occupational risks communication are insufficiently thorough legal basis, low corporative social responsibility of the enterprise and low social value of health for workers. This article was prepared with the support of the Russian Humanitarian Science Foundation (Project No. 14-16-59011).

Findings are that overweight and obese children in a main group appeared to have serum chloroform level 2.3 times higher than that in a reference group. In oral intake of hyperchlorination drinkable water products, the study revealed main genes having polymorphism associated with endocrine disorders: overweight and obesity--APOE, PPARG, HTR2A, characterizing antioxidant system state--SOD2 and detoxication--SULTA. Polymorphism of candidate genes HTR2A and SOD2 was characterized by increased occurrence of mutant homo-- and heterozygous genotype, relative risk of pathologic allele presence in population exceeded the refrence group values. Probability of increased serum serotonin and lower Cu/Zn in children with mutant homozygous genotype HTR2A and SOD2 is 1.2-1.3 times higher than in those with heterozygous and normal homozygous genotypes.

Comparative study of the workers' serum included dynamic light dispersion, scanning electronic microscopy, transmission electronic microscopy. Measuring despersion characteristic of blood serumin the workers exposed to nanomaterial revealed increased percentage of particles with hydrodynamic diameter within 60-100 nm and over 100 nm.

Findings are that a part of inhabited area neighbouring to industrial territory is characterized by unacceptable risk of immune disorders and reproductive system diseases due to chronic exposure to formaldehyde, nickel, lead, benzene, that can result in increased prevalence of endometriosis.

Findings are that exposure to noise up to 94 dB with length of service increases possible atherosclerosis and metabolic syndrome. With 5 years of service, risk of the predicted conditions increases by 40.5%. When occupational exposure lasts over 5 years, risk of arterial hypertension increases. A group of workers without exposure to occupational factors appeared to have no connection between length of service and metabolic syndrome and arterial hypertension. Risk evolution modelling proved that risk of functional disorders in nonferrous metallurgy workers becomes unacceptable after 5 years of service (cardiovascular disorders are critical).

Evidence is that work conditions of major occupational groups of workers engaged into underground mining, according to workplace certification, correspond to 3 class 3 jeopardy degree. A priori risk of diseases development corresponds to high (unbearable). Evaluation of cause-effect relationship between health disorders and work conditions revealed a medium degree of occupational conditionality for vascular regulation disorders and metabolic disorders, that can be considered as cardiorisk indicators.

Based on results of pilot project in Rospotrebnadzor Department of Perm area and St-Petersburg, the article covers methodic approaches to classification of objects liable to surveillance in occupational hygiene. The classification considers possibility of sanitary law violation, severity of this violation consequences and number of workers exposed to risk factors including hazardous work conditions. The authors specified recommendations on periodicity and forms of planned inspections considering evaluation of potential risk for human health, determined problems that require solution in implementation of risk-oriented model of surveillance.

Result of shift workers' adaptation in Far North is formed adaptational strategy. Environmental and personal resources determine adaptational strategies in occupational activity of shift workers. Optimal personal resource of adaptational strategies in shift workers is: acceptance of others, moderate internality, integral adaptation value and programming as regulatory process.
